Key Responsibilities:

Laundry Quality Management: 

• Develop and implement laundry quality management plans to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Track quality metrics like rewash rates and damages to maintain industry-standard compliance
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Manage customer feedback for high satisfaction levels
• Provide expert advice on laundry quality to stakeholders

Standardization & Efficiency Enhancement:

• Develop and update SOPs for laundering processes
• Optimize processes for increased production efficiency
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational workflows

Training and Laundry Culture Development: 

• Design training programs for staff to enhance laundering skills
• Foster a quality-first culture for adherence to standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Apparel and Textiles, Quality Management, or related fields
• Strong understanding of Apparel and Textiles with knowledge in Detergent use and Quality Management practices. Familiarity with industry standards and fabric care technologies is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of quality management experience in apparel and textiles. Experience in commercial laundry operations is preferred, especially in QA oversight and best practices integration
• Demonstrated adaptability in diverse environments and effective communication with colleagues, customers, and Group counterparts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an objective approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Laundry Quality & Efficiency Manager
