Job Description:
- Proactively monitor Infrastructure systems and services, apply remedial actions to resolve incident
- Provide technical hardware and software support to corporate clients
- Identify, recommend, and implement changes to IT infrastructure system
- Manage and administer our end user devices (Windows / Mac)
- Administration of our M365 and AAD/AD environment.
- Product and/or system POC and demonstration
- Manage projects and work on project implementation, system installation and testing on Linux and/or related.
- Perform software installation, upgrade or migration, patching activities
- Handle incidents, services and change requests
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above qualifications
- 2 year or above experience in infrastructure , experience with Cloud AD / Networking , Microsoft 365 administration (Account modification/license assignment), Window 2019 Server (running on Azure VM platform), Windows 10/11 support ability
- knowledge and experience of MacOS support
- ITIL Foundation Certification holder is an advantage
- Fluent Cantonese , English and Putonghua
- Immediate available is highly preferred
