Is this your next challenge in Category Management?
The challenge is to:
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to develop exciting promotional events that follow pre-agreed selling plans
Work closely with retail and sales management to ensure that store layouts, promotions, and display techniques optimally improve sales and profit from specific merchandise categories
Establish and maintain effective margin and price controls that improve business profits while delivering a good value offer to the customer
Liaise and work with vendors to build mutually helpful relationships to ensure long-term strategic partnerships, leading to lower costs and higher margins
Lead stock levels and mark-downs to secure product availability are high
Develop and train subordinates ensuring that they are customer and product-focused
Do you have experience in FMCG?
Bachelor's degree holder with at least 3 years of proven category management, trade marketing, or account servicing experience in the FMCG industry
Category management experience in personal care, beauty or health is preferred
Strong influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Good analytical skills, well-planned and acute market sense
Proficiency in English and Chinese
