What you will be doing:

• Maintain smooth flow and high quality of service in the reception
• Work closely with other team members and make sure guest’s expectation is well managed
• Provide professional Guest Relations
• Manage all the communications channels for the reservations and enquiry

Work Schedule: 9.5 hours per day including 1hour break.
Shift time : 05:00 ~ 00:30 (Shift work is required)

What we are looking for:

• 1+ years experience in the position of Receptionist or a similar role
• Experience with the some booking system and Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be customer-service oriented and have excellent hospitality skill
• Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants or Five Star Hotels is a big plus
• Passionate about people and able to develop your team along with you
• A high level of energy and a good team player
• Mature and confident, with excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills
• Fluency in English is a must
