    Responsibilities

    • 處理業主或租戶的投訴和查詢，管理大廈/ 屋苑及會所日常運作
    • 協助監察及執行日常保安工作、處理突發事件及撰寫各類報告
    • 協助執行緊急職務及其他獲委派的工作
    • 協助處理大廈一般工作

    Requirements 

    • 具2年或以上住宅督導經驗；具屋苑開盤及交樓經驗優先
    • 中學程度，略懂普通話及英語；持有保安培訓課程證書(QAS)
    • 持有保安人員許可證
    • 需懂使用電腦文書軟件 (Microsoft)
    • 每週工作6天，每天工作10小時；上午7時至下午5時或上午9時至下午7時
    • 工作地點: 黃大仙區, 輪休

    Wang On Properties Limited (SEHK Stock Code:1243) is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in April 2016 by way of spin-off, Wang On Properties is a subsidiary of Wang On Group Limited (“Wang On Group") (SEHK Stock Code: 1222), one of the Hong Kong’s most competitive property developers.
