They are currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their IT - Digital & Design Experience team, contributing to their mission of delivering exceptional digital solutions and improving operational efficiencies

Description

  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of new digital platform projects.
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
  • Collaborate with end users to ensure systems meet their needs.
  • Prepare documentation, including test plans, business requirement metrics, test cases, daily status reports, and UAT completion certificates.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training for system implementation.
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing processes/systems and propose enhancements to improve the buying journey experience and efficiency.
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
  • Collaborate with end users to ensure systems meet their needs.
  • Coordinate and support testing, including preparing test plans, test cases, and conducting tests.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training for system implementation.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance and pensions is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and implementation skills.
  • Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English
