- Manage productivity of sales resources in the respective cluster and motivate them to achieve key product sales objectives and targets for consumer banking
- Ensure sales team embraces sales methodologies in their sales and service activities
- Ensure effective implementation of sales initiatives and facilitate effective communication between the frontline staff in the cluster and the Head Office
- Supervise the teams in delivering consistent quality customer experience
- Ensure that all compliance requirements and policies and procedures are properly followed
- Track and ensure that staff are adequately equipped and certified for their roles
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources across the network for respective cluster
- Work with HR on career roadmap for various frontline roles and staff recruitment and retention programmes
What we are looking for:
- University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Pass in HKSI 1,7,8 and IIQE 1,2,3 is required
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in branch management in banking industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Possess qualifications of ECF-RWM would be an advantage
