Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities through prospecting and networking to enhance sales in events, advertising, and catering to achieve the company's goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions to foster long-term partnerships
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes and contracts to potential clients
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to secure event bookings and maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with the operation team to ensure seamless execution of sold events
  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and report key metrics to management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into service offerings
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to attract and retain clients through targeted promotions and the creation of customized experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences and sales leads
  • Handle the ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
  • Be a sports ambassador of GO PARK Sports

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Business, Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in event sales and relationship management, preferably in private clubs or hospitality industries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about a wide variety of sports
  • Energetic, outgoing and proactive
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to hande multiple tasks
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Required to work shifts, including holidays
