Business Planning and Performance Management Manager (Analytics) - Branch Distribution & Services
Formulate and develop sales / business management models, customer analytics and product / portfolio analyses related to branch network according to the Bank’s strategic direction and business focus
Preparation of MI / analysis reports on sales, business, customer, portfolio and product management and performance reports on a timely and quality manner for management information / decision and to facilitate business growth
Responsible for identifying trends and business insights in sales performance, business growth, product take-up and customer profitability
Transform data analytics results into dashboards and reports with insights and recommendation
Manage and undertake end-to-end project tasks from feasibility study, requirement analysis/documentation, UAT management (including UAT test script), implementation supports and post implementation evaluation
Undertakes other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
University graduate in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in banking industry, preferably in database management, MIS reporting or equivalent.
Proficient in data analysis using statistical or programming tools such as Big Query, SQL, Python, VBA, Tableau, etc.
Sound knowledge in retail banking products, good business acumen and sensitive to figures
Strong communication, analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
Be able to manage multiple projects and withstand pressure
Be a good team player and self-motivated with strong analytical mindset
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage
HKIB Certified Bankers preferred
