We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Engineer to join our Technical Team in Hong Kong’s largest outlet mall - Citygate Outlets. It is a perfect destination for shopping, dining and entertainment experience. Our Technical Team of specialised engineers and building surveyors are dedicated professionals who drive our sustainable practices forward, make cutting-edge enhancements to our buildings so Citygate is even more exceptional, and support our daily operations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor operation and maintenance of HVAC installations
  • Monitor tenants’ fit-out works
  • Assist in the implementation of environmental and energy saving projects
  • Supervise in-house technicians and contractors to carry out routine repair and maintenance work, implement corrective and planned maintenance of HVAC, BMS and mechanical equipment and system
  • Handle enquiries on all related issues, plan & execute system upgrades and prepare technical reports

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher diploma or above in mechanical / building services engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC systems
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills on AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Willing to attend emergency call outside normal office hour
