Provide excellent restaurant reservations service to customers;
Welcome guest upon arrival in a friendly and caring manner in restaurant;
Escort guests to table, balancing the customer flow among the service sections, taking into account requests for a particular table or section, depending on availability;
Handle all reservations and inquiries;
Prepare appropriate bill, present to the guest, collect and settle the bill.
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in hospitality management or related discipline;
1- 2 year experience in hotel or F&B industry;
Willing to work on shifts;
Customer oriented personality;
Fluent command in Oral English;
Willing to work in energetic and dynamic environment;
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, outgoing and people oriented.
*Fresh graduate with good attitude will also be considered.
