What the role is?

Key duties:

• Assist in segmentation promotion program(Life Planner Club)
• Assisting in different LPC/MDRT/Starforce/Star Program activities & initiatives
• Coordinate/assist in the logistics planning and production of agency events including but not limited to segmentation and agency Activity
• Coordinate the logistics planning and production of agency marketing/sales events including seminar/workshops/incentive event & trips
• Corporate gift item design, production and maintenance
• Ensure effective communication, design professional concept and develop content development to agency (Video editing, ppt design)
• Prepare promotion with different creative to arouse agency’s interest and attention on different awards/program 
• Track project deliverables. Constantly monitor the project progress & quality assurance
• Agency contest progress update & promotion(ppt/SMS/memo/P08)
• Agency Convention progress update & promotion/gift away item
• eNewsletter/Top ranking/Top producers ranking/Hot product selling promotion
• Seasonal agency push item: motivation video/closing count down/region visit
• Provide administrative support for the team and handling the registration procedure of Clubs & Awards(industrial award)  
   

What we look for?

• Degree holder
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in Agency Marketing and Campaign Management
• Excellent people handling skills
• Well organized and details-oriented
• Creative mind with strong business sense
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Officer
