What the role is?

Support Marketing and IT Development Projects:

You will play a crucial role in enhancing CTF Life’s brokerage distribution channels by supporting the following areas:

Marketing & Event Management:

• Execute Marketing Strategies: Collaborate in the implementation of comprehensive marketing plans that engage and attract our partners.
• Event Coordination: Organize impactful events, including business luncheons, training sessions, and seminars, to foster relationships and drive business growth.
• Create Sales Materials: Prepare high-quality sales and marketing materials, such as broker’s communications, presentation slides, promotional flyers, and giveaways that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand presence.

IT & Digital Solution Development:

• Innovate Digital Solutions: Assist in developing cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance the pre-sales and post-sales experience for broker partners and customers.
• Project Participation: Engage in the planning, development, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of various platforms, including mobile apps, consultant portals, and business analysis systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis and prepare insightful management reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Be flexible and proactive in supporting various projects and administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the team’s overall success.

What we look for?

• Minimum of 2-5 years of marketing or IT project management experience, particularly in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel (advanced knowledge preferred), PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing and design tools.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, external partners, and vendors.
• A self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
