Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Quantity Surveying (QS) department, including but not limited to handling and controlling main contract and subcontract documents, managing sub-letting processes and cost control measures
• Assist in cost estimation, measurement, payment processes, and final account preparation.
• Manage, monitor, and update data and documents with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above
• Working experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Responsible, hardworking & willing to learn
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Working Location:

• Lai Chi Kok (5 minutes walking distance from MTR station)
