Engineer, Duty Supporting (Maintenance Control Centre)
As a backup controller in-charge and support operation if multiple technical delays on duty
Review defect history, summarize and investigate repetitive defects and follow up
Identify all reported technical delay cases, follow up the details with line engineer/outstation / Flight operation Department and trace out the root cause for analysis with improvement
Handle EHM (Engine Health Monitoring) events and seek support from TS/PPE and OEM
Handle the process for Ad-Hoc critical defect on duty
Long term defect (ADD/MFU/MCC) control for tooling, manpower, spare, hanger arrangement
Maintain the repetitive defect in MIS system. Manage the trouble shooting and keep feedback
NTC / ADD / CADD list annual control
Review fleet defect rectification history and OEM technical documents to issue Maintenance Tip as required
Co-operate with other M&E sections to investigate and resolve technical events
Requirements:
Degree/ tertiary education level or above in relevant is preferred
Minimum 6 years of aircraft maintenance experience, at least 2 years of authorization experience
Experience in Line maintenance or Base maintenance is preferred
At least with 1 A/C type, A320, A330 are preferred
Detailed-Oriented with strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills
Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent at teamwork
Willingness to perform shift duty and duty travel as assign from M&E management
Strong project handling skill as assign from M&E management
Strong communication/negotiation skills with HKA internal operation department and outstation
Strong Aviation legislative and safety, Airline Operational knowledge
Strong knowledge of aircraft avionic and airframe system
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
