Responsibilities

• Prepare, conduct and facilitate hazard identification, risk analysis and mitigation plan      
• Prepare Regular Management Review on Safety Management System and update SMS database
• Prepare the staff Safety Training with quality control section       
• Implement the corrective actions resulting from quality discrepancy reporting system and identify any non-conformances  
• Assist the safety team to ensure Audits are carried out in accordance with the Audit Program without deferral               
• Perform Audits as assigned by the safety team  
• Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the superior           

Requirements

• At least 5 years aircraft maintenance / engineering experience
• A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details                                       
• SMS and Airworthiness training                                            
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer, Safety
