Responsibilities：

• Manage the day to day operations of the MCS
• Ensure effective communication between MCS and all departments in the company and with external service providers     
• Monitor and coordinate the maintenance management functions to the MRO in maintenance control and support for all aircraft fleets
• Ensure adequate manpower with good qualification and experience for MCS
• Response and provide solution to finding in activity for maintenance control from independent quality audits
• Review and propose Exposition/EPM amendments to the manager Quality Assurance for improvement or regulatory requirements
• Perform other tasks assigned by M&E management

Requirements：

• Minimum 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience, at least 6 years of authorization experience
• Experience in maintenance control is preferred
• Degree/ tertiary education level or above in relevant is preferred
• Holding aircraft maintenance license (HKAR-66/ CAAC-66)
• At least with 1 A/C type, A320, A330 are preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills are essential
• Strong project handling skill as assign from M&E management
• Strong aviation legislative, safety and operational knowledge
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent speaking and writing in English and Chinese
