What you should have:

• 1-2 year(s) of experience as a Chef Commis in a hotel or restaurant
• Good knowledge of hygiene, preparation techniques and cooking procedures
• A great team player with good communication skills
• Passionate in developing career in an upscale kitchen
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Chef de Partie
