QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR        

Our client is a leading international contractor focused on fitting out and A&A work for office, hospitality and retail projects for high profile clients.

The are currently looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Hong Kong team.

Responsibilities: 

Cost planning, cost control, budgeting, procurement,

• Prepare tender documents and carry out measurement ;

• Prepare budgets and monthly progress

• Obtain quotation from suppliers and subcontractors

• Negotiate and award subcontracts

• Attend tender interviews

• Maintain and update the QS records and documents

Job Requirements: -

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent;

• 2-3 years + relevant experience AQS experience

• Experience working on A&A and fitting out projects (preferred)

• Well organized, proactive and have initiative

• Good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Good PC skills, Excel
