Maintain smooth operation of department store business, uphold service standards and take corrective actions
Closely monitor the execution of all business sales strategies, marketing activities as well as formulate logistics solutions to ensure targets are monitored and achieved
Responsible for strategic planning and operational efficiency to maximize profits and minimize costs
Assist in planning, organizing and monitoring stores (new, existing and closing stores) renovation projects
Building and maintaining strategic relationship with external parties and explore new suppliers and vendors
Ad hoc project or assignment as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in local retail industry
Cross Border Exposure and big data analytics skills is a plus
Creative business thinking and has a high level of maturity to lead a team
Strong execution skills, ability to meet deadlines and problem solving skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Operations Manager
