Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage existing and new customer relationships
• Manage interactions with assigned groups of existing customers to identify sales opportunities
• Develop customer retention and growth plan for developing profitable business with assigned accounts
• Review and report on customer retention, business opportunities and market trends
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and handle customers’ special requests and complaints
• Manage assigned account projects with internal expertise and customer to achieve new business plan.

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Marketing Sales, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in sales account management in the electric motor industry
• Solid knowledge in products and industry network
• Strong market sense in electric motor industry 
• Comprehensive English and Mandarin capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentative skill
• Aggressive, positive and proactive
• Stationary to work in China factory (Shenzhen)
