We are seeking for a dynamic  Social Media Operations Manager  to lead the development and management of social media accounts, with a focus on branding initiatives and reputation management. This role will work closely with our Senior Management to execute the vision for the company and our brand.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement digital-focused branding and customer acquisition strategies that are highly integrated with global initiatives aimed at establishing our brand image through various digital touchpoints. Your primary focus will be on creating impactful campaigns that contribute directly to enhancing brand impact and driving customer acquisition.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of social media accounts from scratch, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring timely responses to comments and inquiries.

• Take full responsibility for data at various stages of social media platforms, ensuring high-quality content output while building a substantial follower base.

• Monitor platform content trends, analyze marketing data, and continuously optimize video content based on the company's target audience to enhance account activity and content conversion rates.

• Identify and leverage social hotspots, producing videos aligned with festivals, trending topics, user interests, and brand communication needs.

• Gather and develop innovative video concepts, and create detailed storyboards to direct and enhance the content creation process.

• Research and implement new short video trends, platform strategies, and industry competitor movements.

• Develop and execute strategies for creating matrix accounts to enhance IP influence and achieve precise traffic attraction.
  
  

What We Require from You:

• Work Experience:
  Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of managerial experience in social media operations within the financial sector or internet industry, familiar with social platforms and their operation methods and trends.

• Operational Skills:
  Proficient in data analysis, tracking platform trends, and summarizing techniques to adjust content strategies promptly.

• Platform Familiarity:
  Deep understanding of platform rules, loopholes, features, and functions to create and publish potentially viral short videos.

• Creativity and Innovation:
  Capable of continuously producing original and engaging content that effectively captures and holds audience interest.

• Exploratory Spirit:
  Continuously explore platform algorithm rules, recommendation rules, and ranking rules, and apply them to our short videos.

• Communication Skills:
  Able to interact clearly and fluently with the audience, expressing viewpoints and emotions effectively.

• Learning Ability:
  Continuously learn and improve skills, such as short video production.

• Strong planning and copywriting skills, with overseas study experience and proficiency in English as a working language preferred.
