Job Description

We are looking for  UX / UI Designer  to join us in delivering transformative customer experience for both public and private sector.

The Role: 

• Apply strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus on user needs and business goals. 
• Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs. 
• Be directly responsible for delivering all aspects of design, from defining customer needs, researching the market and end users, analyzing data and consolidating insights, designing interfaces to development. Measure and review deliverables to ensure the design meets goals and objectives. 
• Conduct presentations such as research and design in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with internal teams and clients regularly. 
• Manage the design process, drive decisions, track design issues, and evaluate the design. 

We are looking for candidate with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design, HCI, a related field, or equivalent qualification. 
• 1 year or more experience as a UX Designer, Product/Interaction Designer, or Researcher. 
• The ability to ideate products from scratch and translate complex ideas/requirements into designs. 
• Strong problem-solving skills. 
• Familiarity with design frameworks, research methodologies, responsive approaches, and design thinking concepts. 
• The ability to analyze data, consolidate insights, and summarize reports. 
• Experience working in a cross-disciplinary team environment. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale. 
• Proficiency in design tools including but not limited to Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
• Knowledge of the insurance & finance industry is a plus. 
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
