Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies to build awareness and engagement for brands
• Apply generative AI in simplifying workflows and creative process
• Create content, plan and launch advertising campaigns
• Account servicing, project management and resources allocation
• Monitor social media presences and implement crisis management
• Analyze and Research on Social Media and Digital Presence of clients & competitors
• Social Media Listening Analysis for client's brands and their competitors
• Data entry, report preparation, data processing and interpretation
• Present and Interpret from figures and data to generate marketing and business insights
• Craft analysis framework and build standard for digital analysis projects, retainers, paid-search and display ad. 
• Data mining, cleaning, collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting. 
• Social / SEM / Display / Youtube Ad project planning, handling and execution.
• Consult and reform the existing analysis project flow and methodology. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Social Science or related field
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and AI technology
• 1 - 2 years Experience with business to customer social media and content generation
• Detail minded, Strong creative, analytical skills and excellent copy-writing
• Sensitive to figures and data
• Can-do attitude, proactive, independent and a good team player
• Knowledge on analytic tool such as tableau, powerbi, SEMrush, Google digital studio
• Fresh grad are also welcome
• Experienced talents would be considered as senior role
• Background in Digital Agency / 4As / Performance Agency / Media Agency / CRM Agency / Consumer Research Firm is a plus
