Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparing and presenting pest control report for clients
  • Coordinate with other departments on implementation of pest control project and monitor the progress
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the clients’ satisfaction
  • Assist Technical Supervisor in the periodical review of service materials, equipment, vehicles and techniques employed with a view to improving productivity and cost effectiveness
  • Assist Technical Supervisor to identify training and staff development needs; conduct field or classroom training for Technicians, Sales or other departments and he customers
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma and above
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed  
  • Candidate with relevant working experience is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
  • Detailed minded, well organized and quick response
  • Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Outdoor work is required
