Are you a communications professional passionate about combining creativity with Christian values? International Christian School Hong Kong is seeking a Communications Specialist to support our communications strategy and contribute to our school's presence through effective storytelling.

Your Role

As our Communications Specialist, you'll help share our school's Christ-centered educational journey through strategic communication and compelling content. You'll play a key role in connecting with our community and crafting engaging narratives that resonate with our diverse stakeholders.

• Support the implementation of comprehensive communication strategies

• Create compelling content that brings our school's story to life

• Help maintain relationships with key stakeholders, media, and partners

• Assist in community engagement and brand presence initiatives

• Support crisis communication responses

• Manage digital platforms and social media to enhance our engagement

Your Impact

• Support integrated communication strategies

• Develop compelling content across various channels

 2. Community Engagement & Relationships

• Help foster connections with parents, students, alumni, and partners

• Support flagship events and community initiatives

• Assist in managing external and internal communications channels

 3. Digital & Content Implementation

• Manage day-to-day communications across various channels

• Create engaging multimedia content

• Execute communication campaigns effectively

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in communications

• Strong background in content creation and channel management

• Proven portfolio demonstrating excellence in multimedia content

• Strong alignment with Christian values and principles

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Excellent bilingual capabilities in both English and Chinese (written and verbal)

• Adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on expertise with digital tools and design software

• Self-starter with ability to work effectively in a lean team environment

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Experience in digital communications

• Solid project management capabilities

• Ability to work effectively in a lean team structure
