Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to engage with existing and prospective investors. Foster strong relationships through proactive communication and tailored support, effectively addressing inquiries and concerns to build trust and loyalty.

- Demonstrate expertise in fund products. Be prepared to articulate details clearly to clients and address their specific investment needs.

- Create comprehensive and visually appealing investor relations materials, including detailed financial reports, performance summaries, and compelling presentations.

- Monitor market trends and investor sentiment.Utilize this knowledge to inform investor communications and strategy, ensuring that insights are timely and relevant.

- Organize and execute investor meetings, roadshows, and other strategic events that enhance the company’s visibility and reputation within the investment community.

- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to the evolving needs of the organization.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, or related fields. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) is preferred.

-At least 4 years of experience in investor relations, institutional sales, private banking, capital market, asset management, or a similar role.

- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- In-depth understanding of various fund products, investment strategies, and market dynamics. Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients.

- Strong analytical abilities to monitor market trends, assess investor sentiment, and derive actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues across various levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated flexibility and responsiveness to changing priorities and organizational needs, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
