Senior Scientist for Medical AI

Responsibilities:

1. Develop an efficient pipeline for training or fine-tuning medical large models from general foundation models

2. Continuously improve the understanding and generation capabilities of medical large models, maintaining a leading position on a wide range of benchmarks

3. Develop high-performance specialized small models to improve the efficiency of project implementation

4. Develop a medical agent by integrating large and small models to form AI healthcare solutions

5. Enhance core competitiveness in the AI healthcare field to establish industry barriers

Qualifications:

1. PhD degree

2. > 5-year working experiences of an R&D team leader at international well-known research institutions, universities or enterprises

3. Experience in leading national or large scale R&D projects

4. Strong academic influence in the relevant research field

5. Proficient in high performance model development for Vision and Language modalities

6. Proficient in mainstream machine learning frameworks, such as PyTorch, Deepspeed, Megatron, Transformers, and so on

7. Proficient in Python, CUDA, and C/C++ programming languages

岗位要求：

1. 博士学历

2. 在国际知名科研院所、大学、企业担任研发主管5年以上

3. 主持过国家或大规模研发项目

4. 在其专业领域具有较强的学术影响力

5. 精通视觉和语言相关的高性能模型训练与部署

6. 精通主流的深度学习框架，包括：PyTorch、Deepspeed、Megatron、Transformers等

7. 精通Python、CUDA、C/C++等编程语言
