Our client an expanding Consumer goods company is now seeking a dynamic Corporate Communications Manager with a strong emphasis on Corporate Social Responsibility and charitable initiatives. This pivotal role will enhance our client's corporate image and foster community.

Description

In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive CSR strategies that align with the company's business goals and values, focusing on sustainability and community engagement. You will oversee all internal and external communications related to CSR initiatives, ensuring messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligns with our corporate branding. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including non-profit organisations and community leaders, will be essential in facilitating partnerships that further our CSR objectives.

You will lead and coordinate corporate charity events and volunteer programs, promoting employee participation and fostering a culture of giving back. Conducting research on CSR trends and community needs, particularly in China and regional markets, will inform your strategy and decision-making. Additionally, you will develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs and report on progress to C-level executives and stakeholders.

Profile

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in corporate communications with a strong focus on CSR, preferably in a sizeable company ( opened to industry background). High fluency in English, Cantonese, and native-level Mandarin both written and spoken is essential. Prior experience and knowledge of the Chinese market and regional dynamics are highly desirable.

An entrepreneurial mindset with innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving is crucial. As a collaborative leader, you will inspire and guide a team towards common goals. The ideal candidate will possess 8-12 years of relevant experience in CSR and corporate communications within a sizeable organisation and will report directly to C-level executives.
