Job Responsibilities:

• Does not include active sales work.
• Assist clients in filling out insurance application forms, ensuring information accuracy.
• Complete insurance contract signings, ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Handle client inquiries, claims, and other after-sales issues.
• Explain insurance terms and ensure clients understand the coverage details.

Job Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher, new arrivals to Hong Kong and IANG holders are welcome.
• Must hold licenses 1 & 3, holders of licenses 1 to 5 are preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin, able to communicate clearly and fluently.
• Familiar with insurance terms, product features, and legal regulations, able to convey insurance information clearly and answer client queries.
• Possess interpersonal sensitivity and emotional intelligence, able to build trust and enhance client satisfaction.
