What You'll Do
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead a team to provide quality services to residents in clubhouse
Ensure the customer services provided are up to the service standard of the company
Plan and organize various recreational activities and events
Handle customer enquiries and cultivate harmonious relationships with residents
Who You’ll Work With
You will work with the Club Supervisor/Club Assistant to provide excellent customer service to all guests and help the manager supervise all subordinates for working smoothly and efficiently

Experience you'll need
Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality/Hotel/ Recreation & Sports Management or related disciplines
Min. 2-3 years relevant experience in the residential clubhouse field;
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficiency in MS Office
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality with helpful, friendly, tactful, patient and proactive character
