The Job

• Deliver and manage onboarding sales development program and other functional training programs
• Work with business units to identify and analyze learning needs and formulate L&D solutions
• Continuous improvement and revamp of training programs according to business needs
• Manage staff learning records and evaluate learning effectiveness
• Play an active supporting role in talent development initiatives, such as Trainee Programs, Hi-Po Development Programs and Successor Development Programs
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

The Person

• Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline with strong business and people acumen, professional knowledge or qualifications in ICT will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Training & Development, with experience in ICT industry will be an advantage.
• Experienced in training design, delivery and results visualization. Experience in e-learning and multimedia production will be an advantage
• Creative and be passionate to try on new things and technologies
• Possess an outgoing character & excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure with good teamwork
• Good research and analytic skills, organized and have good attention to details
• High proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English

*Candidate with more experience may be considered as the position of Learning and Development Specialist

Securities Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security Rule, Policies and procedures at all time.
• Responsible for maintaining security of all FUJIFILM Business Innovation information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of FUJIFILM Business Innovation documents and records.
• Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements.
• Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure.
• Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action, potentially including termination of employment or contract and/or prosecution.
