What You'll Do

• To provide quality services to our residents and guests
• To be responsible for the daily operation of the property, including but not limited to office administration, procurement, customer services, complaint handling etc.
• To supervise the overall performance of contractors to ensure their services are properly provided
• To direct and supervise building staff
• To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in luxury residential building
• Customer-oriented, strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Member of a professional body recognized by the PMSA is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
