Reporting to: Group Director, Human Resources


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of our HRIS. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of collaborating across teams, managing timelines, ensuring project deliverables, and optimizing HR processes through technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HRIS projects, from planning to post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, ICT, and other stakeholders of all schools and business units to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee system implementation, configuration, and integration with other business applications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring seamless system performance and user adoption.
  • Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users.
  • Stay updated on HRIS trends and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in managing HRIS projects and global configuration alignment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering on-time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in system implementation, data migration, and integration processes.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
