This position is responsible for Demand and Supply Planning across Asia (mainland China, Hong Kong, and Asia Licensing). This role will be managing the following :
Ensure the demand planning process is effectively developed to provide optimal service to support business needs while balancing the optimal levels of inventory.
Review seasonal supply chain operations for the supply planning team, from the process of building a seasonal calendar, material prebook, buying process, shipment tracking, and maintaining the launch until quality issue handling.
Build and reinforce professional and high-quality development of planning and forecasting practices in accordance with overall business objectives and KPIs.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Include but not limited to
Manage and drive improvement of demand plan, inventory plan, and forecasting process for Lee & Wranger brands in China and Hong Kong.
Liaise with Finance, Sales, and Merchandising teams to develop long-range and seasonal forecasts, keep track of assumptions and rationales behind them to identify forecast changes.
Partner with Merchandising and Sales team to manage new product launch, product life cycle, product mix, SKU productivity and long run products.
Actively enhance the process and manage product flow from material prebook, order placement preparation till fulfilment with the understanding of business needs, partnering closely with the whole supply chain team.
Build strategic relationships with sourcing team to facilitate the buy efficiently, deliver goods just in time to hit business target, drive the changes if necessary to help the business model
Drive forecasting process improvement and forecasting system implementation projects.
Enhance the forecasting process and buying process workflow with related partners, perform scenario analysis and ad hoc reports.
Drive the integrated business plan along with business team to align the key KPIs and processes.
Optimize the team resources and coach/develop the team members.
Develop the succession plan for the team members and guide the team for future career path

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
University graduate preferable in Supply Chain Management or business related disciplines
Over 8 years of working experience in fashion retail /FMCG is highly preferred, at least 3 years of supervising experience
Solid ERP knowledge eg, SAP/Logility knowledge and working experience a plus
Solid experience on analytic tools like BI
Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
