Intern – Actuarial

Job Purpose

• Support development of valuation model and process
• Support regular financial reporting to internal/external parties

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting and Modeling

• Assist in setting up and UAT of actuarial valuation process/model, financial reporting and capital management (local statutory, IFRS and EV/VNB)
• Assist in preparation regular IA statistics
• Assist in actuarial system (Prophet, DCS, MS Access, etc) development
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects and business initiatives assigned by managers

Requirements

These openings are restricted to undergraduates and/or fresh graduates with actuarial science background and less than one year of working experience.

Knowledge / Experience

• University undergraduate / graduate in Actuarial Science or relevant subject
• Passing preliminary life actuarial qualification exams is an advantage
