What You'll Do
As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving both long-term growth strategies and short-term business results. You will lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team while managing all aspects of brand and product portfolio strategies, including the development and execution new product innovations, trade marketing, channels marketing and brand communication initiatives.
This role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders, including brand principals, company management, cross-functional teams, and external agencies, ensuring alignment and success across the board. You will take full ownership of the marketing P&L, justifying investments by delivering strong ROI, while also using data and insights to understand market trends and customer behaviours to shape actionable strategies that drive results.
