About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Officer/Senior Officer to join our Customer Services & Policy Administration Team. This role is vital for enhancing our employee benefit operations and providing exceptional service to our clients.  The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and supporting the growth of our employee benefit business.
 

Job Descriptions:

  • Respond to customer enquiries and requests in relating to employee benefit products and general insurance services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other internal departments to maintain customer retention
  • Deliver quality aftersales services in order to meet customer satisfaction level
  • Maintain customer and policy records accurately
  • Handle policy checking and billing. Ensure the policy contents as accurate, follow up premium timely and deliver documents to clients without any delay
  • Follow up the policy related documents with insurers and service provider

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years working experience in Employee Benefits in broker firm(s) or insurance company(ies) preferred.
  • Holder of Insurance license (IIQE papers I, II & III) are highly preferable
  • Detail-oriented, customer focused with effective client relationship and communication skills
  • Possess strong sense of responsibilities and be able to work independently and act as a self motivated and energetic good team player
  • Good communication skills on written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidates with less experiences would be considered as Officer
