What You will be Doing
- Organize daily live shopping shows by working closely with hosts, vendors, and technical teams to boost engagement and sales, while creating innovative formats to increase conversion rates and foster customer trust
- Oversee platform operations to ensure inventory synchronization with vendors and real-time order fulfillment, promptly resolving any operational challenges
- Train wet market merchants on effective live selling techniques and partner with the IT team to improve operational tools
- Evaluate metrics from live shows and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as viewership, conversion rates, fulfillment speed, and returns
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional initiatives and the logistics team to ensure timely delivery
Who is Our Right Fit
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, live commerce, or marketplace operations, preferably in fresh food or retail
- Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and inspire team performance
- Availability for shifts, including weekends and nights, to align with wet market hours and peak live commerce activity
- Fluent in Cantonese, effectively connecting technology with traditional wet market cultures
- Enthusiastic about merging the "wet market hustle" with digital convenience and efficiency
