Provide first line instrument service support at customer sites, such as corrective and preventive maintenance, installation, hardware and software modification
Provide remote support through Digital Service Solution
Provide professional service training for customers and peers.
Update and communicate service information regularly.
Well documented service information in CRM system
Closely work with cross-functional teams as required to achieve customer satisfaction
Meet service KPIs and participate in continuous improvements
Working as a project member in LAS (Lab Automation System) implementation
Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
What you'll need to succeed
University graduate in Biomedical / Medical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
1-3 years' experience in the medical services field
Willing to work at customer sites, such as hospitals, laboratories, etc…
Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS installation and operation
Knowledge of computer interface and remote diagnostics is a definite advantage
Basic knowledge in IT and networking
Good writing/documentation skills in English
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
