You are a dedicated, driven persona who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment. You are a flexible and proactive thinker who understands the emotional sensitivities of the creative mind & the ideas it endeavors to create as much as you live to harness the process of project management.



You’ve got at least 2 year’s experience under your belt. You can navigate the game and know what balls to bring onto the pitch, through logical thinking and clear communication. You’re a team player but with strong leadership ability who is not afraid to make decisions. You can work with a wide variety of briefs, approaches, and suppliers within the wonderful Sprout network.



You do what we love to: lifestyle, culture, content, communication, brand experience and activation, (strategic)marketing, fashion, art, architecture, spatial design, digital distractions & diversions, physical and metaphysical interaction, hospitality, and you understand the digital and social world! You understand what we mean with ‘Experience Architecture’ and ‘Tactile Storytelling’, and why it makes so much sense.

You are fluent in English and Cantonese and can happily flip between both. You can work across multiple time zones (within reason) to accommodate some of our global clients. And last but not least you worked abroad and/or produced in other countries in Europe or anywhere else on the globe and are happy to travel some more (when necessary).
