(Deputy/Assistant) Personal Banking Manager/ (Deputy/Assistant) Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Champion the one-stop personal banking services at branches

  • Explore and develop long-term banking relationships with customers

  • Identify existing and prospective customers' needs of financial services, including both products & services

  • Appropriately map and provide relevant and suitable financial products & services to meet existing and prospective customers' needs, including but not limited to bank account opening, mortgage, credit card, personal loan, insurance and other banking products & services

  • Positively contribute and build the Branch's teamwork and team-spirit

  • Support branch operations, including but not limited to the coordination and liaison with other internal departments of the Bank

  • Ensure compliance requirements are strictly observed and followed, contribute as part of the Bank's bigger anti-money laundry (AML) team

  • Educate and train juniors, if needed

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent

  • CSM with qualifications in IIQE will be preferred (or pass IIQE 1、2、3 before probation)

  • PBM with qualifications in IIQE 1、2、3 & HKSI 1、7、8

  • Sound knowledge and at least 2 years' solid experiences in retail banking products & services

  • With strong sales and service orientation with outgoing personality and good communication skills, previous CS experiences a definite advantage

  • Ability to influence various key stakeholders in referring and cross-offering potential business opportunities for sustainable business growth

  • Highly agile in learning, adapting to ever-changing business environment, and with strong ability to cope with fast, dynamic pace

  • Highly sensitive to customers' needs, able to provide quality services in exploring and fostering banking relationships among personal and corporate customers

  • Proactive, mature, independent, customer-focused, and pleasant

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Putonghua a definite plus
