DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with a premium sport fashion brand to recruit a Store Manager for their flagship store in Macau.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, exceptional customer service, and strict adherence to brand standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 7-8 professionals by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Strategic Execution: Implement innovative retail strategies, manage inventory, and ensure the execution of top-tier visual merchandising.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish clear operational targets, analyze key performance indicators, and adjust strategies to meet market demands.
  • CRM & Shop Targets: Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, drive retention, and achieve shop performance targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional leadership and various departments to ensure cohesive brand execution and seamless communication.
     

 

Key Requirements:

  • Fashion Experience: Must have significant experience with a luxury fashion/sport brand.
  • Proven Leadership: Candidates should have a strong track record in retail management, ideally having served as a second-in-charge at a larger luxury brand or held a similar first-in-charge role in a comparable setting.
  • Retail Management Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, team coaching, and comprehensive operational oversight.
  • Adaptability & Drive: A proactive problem-solver with the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
