We are a luxury fashion brand with headquarter in HK.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct seasonal trend report, market research and brand directions;

• Develop marketable collections, culminate in detailed specifications for fittings and production;

• Understand customer needs, and make presentations with trend, illustration and CADs;

• Responsible for design and development of Ladies' casual wear;

• Perform all-rounded design functions from sourcing and selecting of fabric and trims, tech pack with sketches for sampling within the scheduled timelines and budgets;

• Work closely with buying and production teams throughout the development process;

• Handle ad hoc assignments or projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design or related disciplines;

• At least 5 years solid experience in women's fashion design field;

• Possess good fashion and market sense;

• Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills;

• Experience in embroidery products, beading in related product category;

• Self-motivated, energetic, creative, good design sense with ability to work independently;

• Proficient in computer design programs (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
