Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process from job brief, sourcing and candidate assessment
• Maintain the relationship with existing clients to build an overall rapport for extensive business relations
• Provide professional advice and guidance to both clients and candidates on market trends
• To find effective strategies to achieve staffing requirements of clients by supply and demand

 Requirements:

• University graduate with working experience in Sales, Client Serving or CS Related fields is preferred
• Good team player with an Outgoing personality. Enjoy meeting people of different backgrounds at all levels
• Excellent communication skills with good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
• Result-oriented, self-motivated and highly resilient
