• Diploma holder in Hospitality, Travel or Tourism Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Guest Experience Officer
