Job Responsibilities

• Monitor quality throughout the new product introduction and manufacturing processes, including metal stamping and plastic molding.
• Check production reports and conduct inspections to identify quality issues.
• Identify problems during product development and manufacturing, implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct benchmarking and market reviews to enhance quality standards.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (internal departments, suppliers, customers) to resolve production issues.
• Address customer complaints effectively, improving internal standards and responding appropriately.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Science, Technology, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in quality control and mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of quality tools, ISO systems, and Six Sigma preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Based in Dongguan factory.
• Occasional travel to the Thailand company.
