Temporary Programme Assistant (2 vacancies)

The appointees will be responsible for providing operational and administrative assistance to the academic/teaching-related matters at the College of International Education (CIE). Major duties include: a) providing general clerical and administrative support (e.g. record keeping, filing and data entry); b) providing on-site and logistic support to College’s activities and events (e.g. admission interviews, information talks and outreach activities), and the College’s functions (e.g. admission, registration, and teaching support); and c) handling enquiries. They will also be required to perform any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Holder of Associate Degree / Higher Diploma;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing);
• Be able to work both independently and in a team; and
• Applicants who have completed secondary education with at least 5 passes in HKCEE, or at least 5 subjects attaining Level 2 in HKDSE, and with some work experience will also be considered.

Appointment Period: 1) 5.5 months starting from April 2025 to early September 2025; 2) 4.5 months starting from May 2025 to early September 2025

Work Location: Shatin Shek Mun campus

Salary: HK$14,440 per month
