Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Ecommerce Assistant (Part-Time) to support our online sales operations on Mon , Wed and Fri. Your primary responsibilities will include processing online orders, conducting quality checks on products, and assisting with customer service tasks such as responding to inquiries and managing stock updates.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in packaging and shipping processes as needed.
• Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies before dispatch.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor stock levels and update product availability on the ecommerce platform.
• Assist in uploading new product listings and updating existing ones.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
