Role Overview :
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our boutique. You will work closely with the Boutique Director and team to ensure the store runs smoothly and reflects the brand’s values and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making purchase decisions.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
2. Sales Support:
- Actively promote products and drive sales by understanding customer needs and preferences.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
3. Store Operations:
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times.
- Support inventory management, including restocking shelves and organising merchandise.
- Help with receiving and unpacking new shipments as needed.
4. Relationship Building:
- Engage with clients and partners to foster a sense of community and loyalty to the brand.
- Share your passion for small, independent brands with customers and colleagues.
5. Entrepreneurial Spirit:
- Bring creative ideas to the table to improve store operations, customer experience, and sales performance.
- Take initiative and go above and beyond to contribute to the success of the boutique.

Qualifications :
- People-Oriented: A genuine passion for building relationships with clients and partners.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- Language Skills: Native/Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. Professional English is required.
- Retail/Hospitality Experience: Prior experience in retail or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
